The 5th Bond Avenue marketplace is lively with many players checking the Auction House. There are also lots of Haven Bag shops. Player sometimes hold PvP fights there.
Members of the government are sometimes found there. Note Sauron, the expert crafter, Treasurer of Bonta, in the screenshot.
